We are an asphalt paving and concrete contractor working across the San Francisco Bay Area since 2015, from our office in downtown Oakland.
Every part of the Bay Area brings its own conditions. Soft ground near the bay, clay soils inland, wetter winters in the North Bay and tight access in San Francisco all change how a project is planned. Each county page explains what to expect where your property is.

Our home county, and where you'll find most of our completed projects, from downtown Oakland streets to a Hayward school.
- Contra Costa County
Hot summers, shifting clay soils and big suburban parking lots along the I-680 and Highway 4 corridors.
- San Francisco
Tight city sites where access and planning matter as much as the paving itself.
- San Mateo County
Peninsula industrial and office properties, many of them on soft, low-lying ground along the bay.
- Santa Clara County
Large South Bay retail, office and campus properties, and two South Bay industry groups we belong to.
- Marin County
Repairs, overlays and drainage fixes for Marin HOAs and commercial properties, where getting water off the pavement comes first.
- Sonoma County
Large retail and commercial parking in the North Bay, including our 112,800 SF grind and pave at Rancho Cotati Shopping Center.
