Those cookies record behavior, not identity — and nothing you type into the estimate form is passed to them.
If analytics are not enabled, no third-party script loads at all and no third-party cookie is set.
Turning them off
Every current browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking them will not break anything here — nothing on this site depends on a cookie.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit using the browser add-on Google publishes for that purpose.
Fonts and other assets
Typefaces, images and scripts are all served from this website's own domain. Nothing is fetched from a third-party font or asset provider, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited it.
