Everardo A. Llanos is the President and Founder of Forticon, Inc., a paving and concrete company. He finds honesty, dedication and customer service to be the most valuable qualities for success in running his company. Everardo began his career in the asphalt paving industry in 2006. As an Assistant to the Chief Estimator at one of the Bay Area’s leading paving companies, he quickly learned the ins and outs of the estimating process. Within a year, he was promoted to full estimator. His dedication and attention to detail in each project often led clients to believe he was the owner of the company. The frequent misunderstanding planted the seed and on August 1, 2015 Forticon, Inc. was born.
