We will place a new asphalt layer on top of the existing layer, then smooth it down and compact it to level it out to its original surface, giving it a refreshed look while maintaining original integrity. However, if the damage is extensive or extends into the base, then a resurfacing isn‚t going to be enough: you’ll need to do a complete replacement instead.
