Once in a while, we run into a challenging project that at the time feels like a bad headache, but once completed, gives you a great sense of accomplishment. This was the case with the Longwood Elementary school project, which initially only called for the removal and replacement of 2,300 Tons of playground/parking lot and putting down some 3,500 gallons of seal coat. Then we added cement/lime treatment along with grading to stabilize soft subgrade.
