Future Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Dealership of Concord

Upon nearing completion of a full TI, we met with ownership, LVI Engineering, and McDevitt Construction to put together a scope of work to bring the parking lots up to snuff. We came up with the removal and replacement of over 66,00 SF of pavement and 57,00 SF of seal coat. Unstable subgrade complicated the project, and because lime/cement treatment was not an option, we utilized our extensive field personnel experience to save the project with a reasonable cost and no time impact.
