As we approached the final stages of a complete TI, we convened with ownership, LVI Engineering, and McDevitt Construction to develop a work scope aimed at improving the parking lots. Our plan included the removal and replacement of more than 66,000 square feet of pavement and 57,000 square feet of seal coat. The project faced challenges due to unstable subgrade, and since lime/cement treatment was not feasible, we leveraged our extensive field personnel expertise to successfully complete the project while keeping costs reasonable and avoiding any delays.
